A lot of times I feel like when I'm playing a song in the background while doing something else, I often end up not listening to it at all. I've tried to multitask in a way, but in doing so I've become so wrapped up in my current activity to the point where I can't concentrate on both things simultaneously.
Maybe the music isn't captivating me enough where I'm bumping to it and jamming away while I'm processing all these other thoughts.
I'm just worried sometimes that I can never truly multitask and get all this work that I have in front of me done. Maybe it's best for me to focus on one thing at a time even it takes me longer, but I might also forget.
I'm going back and forth right now on this.
I need sleep, but then I feel so much motivation to keep typing my thoughts, especially around this time when my mind is most active.

Life has been well, I guess...

I just need to learn how to cut stupid girls out of my life, but ughh... it's so hard when you like them and you know you can't get over them. I think I just need a real girl or something, I'm looking, but... fuck.

I'm working on getting a job so I can fund my summer somehow. I need shoes, new wrestling shoes/equipment, clothes, and to get ready for college. Need all the money I can get right now.

Apparently, I have a photo shoot with my friends soon and I need to get some bread up by then so I can actually get something. Also should have some Sabakus coming in whenever I can arrange the damn meet up with my friend. Pretty much, I just wish I had a car right now, I hate having to take public transportation when it takes such shorter time if I had my own vehicle or a ride all the time. I also got my driver's license so I may show you guys it tomorrow, for now I just have some make up work to do and then sleep. I have my last few exams next week and then I just have to pray I got high enough marks to get my IB Diploma!

So yeah, pulling an all nighter on Sunday wasn't my smartest idea so far especially when I didn't get much done... tsk tsk...

Anyways, school has been going great for me. Just winding down now because I've gotten past the IB Internal Assessments, Oral presentations, extended essays, and all of that. Just have to make up work and my grades will be great.

Wrestling went great, I still feel like I did my best and that's all that matters really. Had it not been for my physique being an issue, I would've went to States, but I'm content with placing 6th in Regionals after not having gone there the rest of my career. I've still got wrestling on my mind and watched the States so I kinda figured out what I need to do to be wrestling at the next level.

Aside from that, I've went through a little bump on my road, but I'm glad I'm over this girl so I can focus on what matters most.

I still think Christmas was good for me. Oh well, that's what getting a job is for. :)

So I had a pretty late start with school this morning despite having cleaned up a ton of stuff so that we could leave the house a lot quicker. Decided I wanted to wear my Bandaids one last time before I cleaned them using the fatjodz method of shoe cleaning. Haven't worn them much since then because they were hella dirty and I think I stepped in dog poo so they've been under my bed. Now that I remember, I have to clean up under there..Grr... Anyways, I figured out a way to replace my wrestling shoes after their tragic death on Saturday during my second match against QO and I'm managing to be able to get my wrestling shoe grails, the black/silver Adidas Beijing Adistar wrestling shoes for this year. Can't wait, but I know I'll have to work extra hours for Vance. It'll all be worth it though, been wanting them since last year, but have never had the chance to save up money for it.

So the varsity field hockey game got cancelled, kinda wished that it wasn’t so Mrs. Dolan wouldn’t have marked my homework as being not finished when I actually did do it, but didn’t bring it because I didn’t think I needed it to study since I was taking the test during STEP.

Also, tried lemon squares thanks to Jessica. :) Freaking delicious.

Anyways, the lab in IB Biology was a good refresh from the boring notes we’re taking even though it wasn’t the most exciting lab possible. Dialysis bags are still pretty boring.

Pretty sure I aced my retake of my quiz that I made stupid errors on in the original. Should’ve looked at the probably more attentively, but I’m certain I got all of my answers right this time around.

Workouts today pretty much killed my entire lower body, pretty sure I’ll feel it tomorrow morning, but it was just what I needed. Haven’t squatted, done deadlifts, or any power cleans in the longest time.

Now I’m left with the task of finishing these two essays that STILL haven’t been finished. I’ll probably take a run with one of my friends after I finish my other homework before I take them both on.

Oh and I still have to finish my applications for Florida and Maryland! This week is going to be tough, but I’ll pull through.

To start off my new week with a classic clip from Family Guy.

Anyways, this week starts the first full official week of pre-season wrestling workouts now that Coach Lowe isn't coaching JV Field Hockey anymore. I'll most likely miss out on Tuesday's workout because I promised I'd be managing for Varsity's playoff games and to show support to fellow Sen10r teammates.
Lately, I've been listening to a lot ( And by a lot, I mean 10+ times everyday) of Mayer Hawthorne. My two favorite songs so far. It's even got me thinking of trying out for Motown at the Mill even though I am in no way confident of my singing ability, but I've got the soul man?

Anyways, I'm pretty excited about the November DXC even though I'll be flat broke. I've also had not so much luck with my job at Sears, they still haven't called me back those bastards. I'll try again tomorrow (... or should I say today?) after workouts.
I've also had a pretty big urge to get some Huarache LEs. They're just so fucking dope. UGHHHHH... being a broke photographer/shoe customizer sucks. I really want a pair of Scream Greens... freaking grail status right here.

If someone can find a pair 11-11.5, let me know? Haha.
Anyways, I just got $25 today from my uncle after visiting him and stuffing myself at his house. Hopefully I can get at least $100 before the 14th so then I can at least get something at the DXC. But the drops from Triumvir are so tempting... decision decisions...

So, I've been really lazy about updating over the course of the school year. I can't blame the camera this time, but I've been really busy and have sorta lost motivation to update anything anymore.
Only now did I decide to update because a freaking SOPHOMORE reminded me after having myself mentioned in her blog, http://asongx.tumblr.com/ (Check it out!). So after having myself quoted eleventy-bagillion times, I figured I'd mention her in my blog.
So... Ayelen Song... what's there to say? Well she's probably one of the coolest Sophomores I know. I used to think all the Sophomores were just some rappin' ass hoes, until I met her unfortunately through Coach Vance and actually began talking to her after being her field hockey manager since I was helping Coach Lowe out. She's pretty weird, sorta like a younger sister, but she's cool. Kinda reminds me of myself if I were some spunky Asian girl that had an unquenchable thirst for using profanity and junk except I'm a SEN10R and obviously not some Korean girl. So here's to A. Song! Pretty sure you'll have a cool upperclassman reign after I graduate!

So I was supposed to make some sort of post a while ago to update this, but at least I'm getting a bit better with keeping this updated. Anyways, school starts in two days, really not ready. Still need to finish my summer reading, the bane of my existence. I mean I've read the books, but the analytical portion is what I haven't done. The last thing I want to be doing though, is spending all Sunday night/Monday morning working on the essay/poem annotations.

Anyways, since I last updated, I've went to see the Goods with my cousin. First time I've ever bought my own ticket for a Rated-R movie, feels great except the $10.50 price. Saw live boobies that I paid for, only another year before I can buy my own porn. Saywhat?? Haha, sike... sticking to free shit. The movie was pretty funny all in all, pretty glad I went to see it instead of District 9. Pretty sure I can easily watch D9 on OVG anyways so it's probably not that enthralling for me to watch. Besides, The Goods has Will Ferrell and Jeremy Piven! More than enough reason for me to watch. However, I felt some parts were overdone to make it seem more epic than it needed to be. I understand it's a movie, but I felt some things were forced as though the director's said, "Let's just throw in a female sex-crazed pedophile! We haven't seen one of those in years!"

Speaking of Jeremy Piven, Entourage has been having a great season until last week's episode. Just hoping they redeem themselve's with tomorrow night's episode. Not much happened really, was expecting a lot more since Drama busted his boss trying to get at Jamie-Lynn, but instead Drama ended up being his bitch which really disappointed me since I figured Drama to be just the badass older brother that just fucked shit up.

Also, not as much action with Ari Gold nor any Sloan. THE PEOPLE DEMAND MORE SLOAN!

Aside from Entourage, I've also been heavily following Hung which is actually a pretty great show. Maybe it's because I've always wondered what it'd be like to be a "Happiness Consultant" aka man whore. Except I detest the word whore, I wouldn't even refer to any woman with that term. I mean there's sluts, but you can't call someone a whore, it just sounds like some Elizabethan shit. Anyways, the show's been great. Heavily anticipated Ray boning his neighbor's wife and I haven't been let down. She's seriously hot as fugg... Wish I could find a video of her, but oh well. You have to see the series to see it anyways. A little mad about the last episode with Jemma since she was hot too, but it would've defeated the purpose of the series if all went well between the two. She was a weird bitch though in the beginning which made things hard to follow until later in that episode.

The reason why I like this show so much is probably because of how Ray resorts do doing something he would probably never do by choice when hard times come and it's pretty much a motif about American society doing unspeakable things just to get by. Some tough shit, but at least some of it can be laughed at in this show.

My life's been so-so lately. Parent's are still trying to find a way to allow my dad to keep his social security checks he's been getting in, but child support has been trying to take that from him to give to us since he hasn't been paying for quite a while since he was unemployed and from then on my mom hasn't bothered about it especially since he's been giving us half of his checks when he received his disability checks. All that money, however, has been going to pay the mortgage which has meant not much going for us. Hell, we still haven't gotten a single thing to go to school with so basically me and my brother will have to start my Senior year and his Freshman year with old school supplies. Still not all that bad though since I bought myself a used Northface pack last year for pretty cheap. I still need a new one since it's been getting a ton of wear lately (I abuse my packs a lot) so I can probably try to save up for one if I can get a job. So far, I've just been searching around places to see if there's any places hiring aside from the mall so that I don't get stuck with minimum wage. I mean shoe discounts would be great, but if I have a well-paying job, it can go a long way. My father's been pretty devastated about child support taking so much of his money, but I suppose that's what's to be expected when we try to avoid our problems even though it was unintentional since he was fired and had no place to stay except with family in another state. He even was considering selling my (his) camera which I really needed for photography as well as listing shit up online since I'm so broke. I even bought another memory card to replace the one that his D50 came with since the lock slider button had been broken off and I couldn't remove it from the lock mode.

To stray away from depressing you guys about my situation, might as well tell you guys what I'm getting. I recently bought a pair of all white size 11 Air Max 90s (Air Max IVs, see I got it right UFB!)

Planning on making these my weatherproof leather Infrared Air Max 90 customs. Still have to finish my Hufquakes, but I figured that I'd be able to finish Infrareds a lot easier and faster to have more shit that I can wear for school.

So last night, I went to go watch the meteor shower with one of my close friends because she didn't have anyone to go with. Little did I know that her situation the other day was as serious as she had made it to be on Facebook so I was surprised when I saw her limping. Being the nice guy I am, I let her use one of my crutches so that we could make our way to the baseball field without her looking overly pitiful. Apparently, she had gotten surgery on one of her ass checks, well right below it which I found pretty ironic because of how she used to flaunt it and now she had to go to the hospital because of it. Anyways, we finally get there after a few minutes of walking and waiting for her to catch up with all her limping. She had originally invited whoever was interested to drop by and watch the meteor shower, but no one else ended up showing so it was just the two of us. Pretty romantic, eh? Well nothing really happened, we just talked for a bit until some guys come over who were going to do hookah while they waited for the meteor shower. Getting tired of waiting about 30 or so minutes after the supposed meteor shower time, we end up chilling with the other two guys waiting. After about an hour or so, we end up hitting up McDonalds. Still a pretty fun night to get out of the house and probably the first time I stayed out that late with a friend. Anways, lesson learned: Don't wait for meteor showers on a cloudy night in the city.

Also, not having a camera is seriously pissing me off. Time to start saving up for a new one, I guess.

Promised to myself that I'd do a better job of updating, just wish I had my camera.

I got a new haircut today, nothing new. The usual stuff, but it's great to finally get my haircut by someone else. Just been doing it myself for a while on my vacation and it wasn't that great as you can see by my last post. Also, having a dad who would rather be bald than have his hair normal didn't help me when I tried to make him give me a shape up and clean up areas that I had missed. He ended up rounding off my hairline which made me look like I was wearing a helmet, haha. Anyways, I got my haircut today because I had to have my senior photo taken soon which I'm pretty excited about.

After my haircut, I took the bus home because I didn't want to be apart of any of the nonsense with my mom having to make me help her at her job. I learned that they stopped giving out transfer slips on the bus which sucks and they told me I'd have to pay $5 for an all day fare pass which is ridiculous to me. I also forgot I had my student ID on me which is from my sophomore year since I lost my new one I took. While waiting for my transfer bus, I saw a kid from my school jerking which literally made me SMH. I just find it kind of sad that being in the DMV, kids can't even do the local dances, but have to follow some faggy SoCal fad that they ripped off the bay and gang dances.

Anyways, after getting home I had to rush to get my bike out so I could make it to the post office on time to cash a money order since it was almost closing time. Before making my way home, I stopped at the dollar store and picked up some jerky and Arizona since I was pretty hungry and thirsty from cycling down to the post office. I also took my Street Fighter shirts to the dry cleaner and found out how I could've saved $11 just by buying Woolite dark instead. Well, at least I learned how to get stuff dry-cleaned from first hand experience at the cost of getting ripped off. I also figured out I have this girl stalking me which is pretty weird. Anyways, that pretty much summed up my day. My legs are still kinda sore from all that pedalling, but it's mostly because I'm out of shape. Just got to get on a new workout plan I've been wanting to do for a while now.

Sorry that I haven't been updating my blog as frequently as I would have wanted to. I've just been pretty busy as of late with being ineligible for the first marking period and having to go to summer school as a result, to being in North Carolina for a month with family, and just overall laziness to update combined with just being apathetic about the whole situation. Since I've been in North Carolina, I've just been doing a lot of soul searching to try to get my head together and reflect on what happened. I also had to look at my own parent's lives and realize that making their same mistakes won't get me where I want to be in my future. On the same topic, my dad has been in the hospital quite frequently while I was in North Carolina and even missed my birthday on the 13th, which pretty much sucked for me because I figured my dad was capable of keeping himself healthy without me or my brother being around to remind him.

Did a lot of driving around in this. Gotta love being out in the country in this.

Aside from that summer school was probably what I needed to help myself get my head together to do well in school. I pretty much showed myself that I could actually do well and get exceed my typical expectations in school. My visit with my school counselor also helped me to just do my own thing to get to where I want to be since I'm even at more of a disadvantage than the rest of my IB Class in terms of getting into the school I want.

Returning to weight lifting with my former teammates was also a bit more of a struggle than I had thought it'd be. Having to swallow my pride to approach them was probably one of the more difficult thing I've done recently. Just not being able to be apart of the team I've been with for the past three years ago has been a great pain to me. On the brighter side, this time allows me to focus on wrestling and track now as well as try to get a job during school while still having time to do well in class.

Some things I got over the summer were my Laney Air Jordan Vs that I had shipped to my grandparent's house in North Carolina which I'm planning on restoring. My 3Sixteen SL-1000xs came in as well right before I was about to return to North Carolina from the week that I had to be in to go to appointments.I also had Jason ship out my gray Huf Quake v3 which has been my fitted grail for quite sometime especially after having San flaunt it at me whenever we'd get on StickAM, but I never got around to taking a picture of it. I also used part of my birthday money that I got from my godmother to buy a new copy of Street Fighter IV and a new memory card for my camera that my dad still has until the end of summer.

Some minor yellowing and the paint on the midsole is chipping in unsightly places, but now that I have the right paint, I can fix that which will just leave me to acquiring seaglow to restore the soles back to an icy color.

I really like the fit of these, easily way better than the typical Nudies and APCs I see around in terms of quality and fit. Also took some updated shots of my 514s as well, like how the earth tone came out in the shot.

Alright, I had to update because George posted a shout out on his blog so I'll post up the DC DXC's pictures here. I was pretty angry I didn't have the customs ready, I loafed the night before and I couldn't clean them up as best I thought I'd be able to with the acetone and the RIT Color Remover doesn't remove everything. I seriously don't want to scrap this custom project because I've put in too much work and money thus far just to scrap it. I've got to find a way to cover up the stains on the mesh. Well... I kinda got off topic now. Anyways, I suppose I'll start off with my fit.

Now back to the DXC, I got there by Metro. Took the 58 to Shady Grove were I was surprised to find some kids from my school waiting there for me because one of their mom's saw me while I was waiting for the bus. Kinda disappointed they had beasty fits on and they had to wear the glasses, but for their sake I'm not posting their pics up here.

When we finally did get there, line wasn't as long as I had expected which was good. There I found more kids from my school in the front, but that didn't matter because I had the front of line pass.

I woke up pretty late today even though I slept around the time that I should be sleeping at. The school's International Night went well, a little lacking in some areas, but I enjoyed what I saw. I still feel guilty for my little incident during the show, hopefully neither my teacher nor my principal caught it nor that anyone else caught it on camera or film. Last thing I need right now is a suspension or some sort of punishment. Haven't done much at all really today, pretty much spent my whole day at the house, only left it to take some random shots, pickup shots, and my 8 month shots of my 514s for the N-SB.org Denim Contest. I have a lot on my mind, and even more things to do at this point. Really don't want to let my team down and remain ineligbile so I should really be doing work right now. I made a bet with my coach that if I made myself eligible again, he'd buy me tickets to this concert at the Fairgrounds on Memorial Day so I have more motivation to finish all this work. Pretty happy about finally getting these shirts, UPS Ground makes it seem like torture. Now it's two down and three more to go along with a fitted. What can I say? I love Street Fighter!

Been wearing these for 8 months and two days now. It's amazing how much they've changed with wear over this past semester. I've been religiously wearing them everyday ever since I got them after our first home game loss to Seneca Valley during football season through my relationship and up to today. Some noticeable changes are the spot of blue paint on my right knee from when I was being messy while working on my customs and the honeycombs and pocket fades may have gotten more noticeable now. I still have a lot of work to do and with 4 months left, I've got to get it into gear so hopefully I get the best possible results in this year of wear.

A bunch of flowers that our neighbor has been taking care of as though they were her children. They're the reason why my patio is riddled with pollen and why there's some on my jeans now. Aside from my seeting hatred for their pollen, they are pretty beautiful.

Anyways, this concludes my post. Getting to figure out how to get the pictures to post right where I want them seeming took forever. For those still interested in the Mesh Cleaning Guide, it's been delayed because my laptop is messed up so I have to use my mom's laptop which doesn't have the pictures on them since I failed to upload them even though I took the pictures over 3 days ago. I'll probably head to bed soon, I have church in the morning.

Well, I finally got to making my blog. Been meaning to do this since last year, but I've been pretty lazy about doing it. I promised people on N-SB.org that I'd have a guide on how to clean mesh and similar material so I'll get on that and post the results up in a bit. Might also post an update on my customized Huf Quake Air Max 90s if you've been keeping updated on the N-SB.org thread in the Customs forum. Looks like I'll have a pretty busy night with doing make-up work/homework and working on these customs. I'm pretty sure I'll figure this thing out along with my Twitter, I'll post that up so you guys can follow me once I get a hang of this. Wish I had a cool outro, but that comes with time as well. Since I'm feeling kind of like a Wastelander right now...
